Shipping & Returns

Postage Information

All goods are sent via Australia Post Eparcel, and will be posted as soon as possible. We will not be responsible for any delays in postage due to Australia Post. If you require goods urgently we advise that you choose express post or let us know via emailing us at info@wishwarebeads.com.au and we’ll do our best to help you.

It generally takes us 1-3 days to process and send your order, depending on the quantities of orders received. You will receive an email once your order has been posted.

Minimum Order
All orders under $20.00 excluding postage will incur a low order fee of $4.00 including GST This fee is to cover the charges of packing smaller orders that equal under $20 excluding postage.

GST
All items include 10% australian GST (goods and services tax) , which will show on your invoice when checking out. For international customers you will not be charged GST so when you login the prices will be reduced by 10%

Postage Rates

Australia Wide:

For australian parcels we ship via express post eparcel through australia post. Parcels will generally be delivered within 1-3 working days from the date shipped. It also has online tracking with signature on arrival. Once your order has shipped you will recieve an automated email with your tracking number. To track an item you can go onto the australia post website, ring 131318 or contact us and we will assist you.

Express Post eparcel : $8.95 . Includes insurance

International:

We ship worldwide via regular Airmail. This includes postage of all items apart from tools and books. If you would like to order magazines then we would highly recommend ordering them directly through the publishers, as the postage rate that we have is very high for items over 1kg. If you would like to order tools or books you are more than welcome to, but please email us first for an approximate quote.
Airmail takes 12-14 days to arrive and does have a tracking number if required.
International Post : $12.00

 

Payment Information

Credit Card

We accept Visa or MasterCard.  Your credit card can be entered in during the checkout process on our secure website or you can choose credit card via phone. If by phone we will then contact you when the order is ready to ask your credit card number. If you are hard to contact or often unavailable then we appreciate it if you call us, after placing your order, to provide your credit card numbers.

Money Order / Cheque

Cheques can be made out to Wish Ware Beads. To pay via money order or cheque, payments can be mailed to:

Please note that orders will only be sent when the payment has been cleared, and it can take up to 5 extra working days for cheques to clear. We would appreciate if cheques are sent within 2 working days of placing your order. If we do not receive payment within 14 days, your order will be canceled.

Bank Deposit

Orders can be paid via bank deposit into our account. Please use your name or order number as a reference number when creating the payment.

Please note that we may change the bank deposit details without advising our customers, so please check every time you order to confirm that you have the current bank account details.

As with cheques we would also appreciate if bank deposits could be made within 2 working days of you placing the order, as all orders for which we haven’t received payment within 14 days will be cancelled. Please also take into account that it can take up to 5 working days for bank deposits to clear into our bank account.

 

Return Information

Faulty Merchandise

We endeavour to have 100% merchandise that is not faulty or damaged, but sometimes the reality of this doesn’t happen. In the event that the merchandise purchased through the store is faulty we will fully refund or replace the items for you.

If you simply change your mind or have made the wrong choice of beads you can return the products, but a 20% restocking fee will apply. Goods must be returned within 14 days, in the original sealed packaging and all postage costs are to be paid by the customer. Please note that we will not accept a return of cut chain or beads per the gram partial packets. We do not refund postage costs that were incurred on the original order.

Missing Items

If you have any item missing from your parcel when you receive it, please let us know within 7 days. We ask that you check all items including the postage and packaging materials before lodging a claim. We will either send a replacement product in your next order or send a refund or credit if the item is currently out of stock or unavailable.

What if an item ordered is out of stock?

We endeavour to achieve a 100% fill rate of orders but unfortunately sometimes this does not always occur.  In the event that an item is out of stock we will either place it on back order, or give you a refund. All of our backorders are sent out free of charge as soon as they come into stock.

Beading Kit Ordering Information

All of our beading kits are made to order. Once your order is placed they are packed fresh and if specific items in the kits are out of stock we will substitute them for a similar product of similar price. Unfortunately we do not have the resources or time to email every customer individually to let them know if there has been any substitutions and the exact details. We ask all customers that once they receive their order to check all the kits within 7 days. If there are any missing products, we ask that you email us and we will either send the items out in the post to you or include them with your next order.

If you ordered instructions for your kits and haven’t received them don’t panic! Just email us at instructions@wishwarebeads.com.au with your details and the name of the kit instructions you are missing and we will email you the information on how to obtain them.

All exclusive and affordable allure beading kits come with prepacked instructions. The online video classes do not come with more information than what is given in the video class online. The homepage of the online video classes will give you more information in regards to the technical aspects of the videos.

Wholesale Information

We don’t do wholesale at the moment. Instead we endeavour to give the best prices we can to everyone, and for bulk purchases over $400.00 we will give you a 20% discount. Just ask and we will email you the details about obtaining the discount. We will give everyone the discount regardless of whether they have a business ABN or not.
